Northern Michigan employers seeking effective strategies to improve employee retention, increase productivity, and strengthen workforce engagement are invited to attend a Business Resource Network (BRN) Information Session on June 25 in Petoskey. Hosted by Northwest Michigan Works!, a program of Networks Northwest, the session will provide an overview of the BRN model and highlight how the program helps businesses address workforce challenges by connecting employees with resources and support services. Employers interested in enhancing workplace stability and becoming BRN partners are encouraged to attend and learn more about this impactful initiative.
Attendees will hear firsthand from Success Coach Kate Stolarski, who has spent the past six years helping employees overcome challenges and thrive both at work and in their personal lives. Through compelling employer testimonials and real-world success stories, participants will discover how the Business Resource Network has helped organizations improve employee engagement, strengthen attendance, increase job satisfaction, and build a more resilient and productive workforce.
