Active Transportation User Safety Study US-31 Corridor, Oden/Ponshewaing

Active Transportation User Safety Study, US-31 Corridor in Oden/Ponshewaing, Emmet County

This study will provide design recommendations and implementation strategies to improve asset connectivity for active transportation users within an approximate 2-mile stretch of the US-31 corridor, between the Oden State Fish Hatchery and the community of Ponshewaing.   The project timeframe is June 2026 through November 2026.

Networks Northwest is fortunate to have received a $15,000 grant from the Hal and Gail Willens Family Fund and the Fund for the Community of the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation to support this project.  We have also received funding from the Oden Ponshewaing Safety Committee for this project.

Networks Northwest always proves to be a valued resource for our local government planning efforts. No organization does a better job of convening partners, promoting collaboration, and reporting on the data than does Networks Northwest
