Manistee County Master Plan

Manistee County 2024 Master plan update

Manistee County is working with Networks Northwest's Community Development team to update its Master Plan. This process will take place throughout 2024. The County Board and Planning Commission highly encourage members of the public to participate in this process so that the final planning documents reflect the desired future of the people who live, work and recreate in Manistee. The Master Plan is a guiding document. It distills data and public input on various topics such as land use, infrastructure, services, transportation, funding allocations, the local economy, recreation and much more. The Master Plan is a step-by-step guide for Manistee's leadership and community members to accomplish positive outcomes over the next 10-20 years.
