Business Start Up Workshop Offered October 10 in Manistee

 

 

MANISTEE, MI – Individuals considering self-employment or in the beginning stages of starting a business will have access to a wide variety of helpful information at a business start up workshop being offered in Manistee by the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center (MI-SBTDC) and the Alliance for Economic Success. Venture Start: Business Start Up is being held October 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Alliance for Economic Success, 395 Third Street in Manistee.

 

The workshop will be taught by SBTDC Business Consultant Betsy Evans and will help aspiring entrepreneurs assess their abilities to lead and manage a company, as well as evaluate market and sales potential for their products or services. Start-up costs, financing options, and business planning will be introduced, along with necessary steps to getting started.
