Going PRO Talent Fund 2021

GOING PRO TALENT FUND 2021

The Going PRO Talent Fund (GPTF) provides competitive awards to employers to assist in training, developing and retaining current and newly hired employees. Training funded by the GPTF must be short-term and fill a demonstrated talent need experienced by the employer. Allowable training and targeted funding amounts include:

  • Customized/classroom training: up to $1,500 per individual. 
  • On-site training: up to $1,500 per individual.
  • U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeships: up to $3,000 per individual.
  • Incentives for Targeted Populations including Veterans, Active Military Reservists, Older Workers, Returning Citizens, and High School Diploma/Equivalency.

How to Apply: The application for Going Pro Talent Fund 2021 will be online.  Employers will need to submit an Authorization Request to begin an application.
