Businesses Receive Northwest Michigan Works! Awards
Companies from the northwest Lower Michigan received Outstanding Business Awards from Northwest Michigan Works!. The companies were recognized for their success as employers and Michigan Works! partners. The companies received their awards at a September 27 open house at the Career Café located inside the Traverse City Michigan Works! Service Center. The awards were presented by Senators Darwin Booher and Howard Walker, and Representatives Greg MacMaster, Phil Potvin and Wayne Schmidt.
