Benzie County Housing Focus Group & Discussion December 9 in Benzonia
Community leaders, developers, landlords, property owners, and housing stakeholders are invited to learn about and discuss housing December 9 in Benzie County, as part of an update to the Benzie County Master Plan. The event will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the lower level meeting room at the Benzie-Leelanau Health Department, 6051 Frankfort Highway (M-115), Benzonia. Participants will learn about recent housing studies and what they tell us about Benzie County housing needs and trends. Local government representatives, businesses, and other community stakeholders will discuss local housing challenges and solutions. There will also be an opportunity for participants to share their thoughts on how the County and other local units of government can participate in meeting housing needs.
