Warren Call is currently the chairperson of the Traverse Young Professionals. He is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Huntington National Bank, where he oversees client investment portfolios and new business development. Mr. Call held prior roles as the Investment Manager for Huntington’s Brokerage Division and the private client group at Merrill Lynch. His responsibilities include portfolio construction, business succession planning, and sales management. He holds a M.B.A. in International Finance from St. Johns University in Rome, Italy, and a B.A. in History from Michigan State University, where he was also the captain of the MSU Ski Team. A northern Michigan native, he moved back to the area after living in Europe, New York City and Utah. Warren serves on the board of the Michigan Legacy Art Park, the Paperworks Studio Advisory Board, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Traverse City. He is a Leadership Grand Traverse Alumni, has been named to the Traverse City Business News “40 Under 40” list. Warren lives in Traverse City with his feisty Spanish wife, Marina and two children, Sofia and Winston.
Bill Benson Bill Benson is a founding partner of WilliamCharles Search Group. Bill has thirty years of professional recruiting and executive search experience. Bill has a strong track record of helping companies identify and hire specialized talent areas within a number of industries including banking and food distribution, manufacturing and non profit. Common assignments for Bill include Executive Management and leadership positions in sales, marketing, finance and operations. Prior to starting WilliamCharles in 2001, Bill spent over 20 years with Robert Half International where he oversaw 4 offices and over fifty recruiting professionals across the state of Michigan. He was also a facilitator for RHI's national sales training program and received numerous awards from RHI for recruiting sales performance. Bill frequently speaks on the topic of career management and hiring. Bill received a BSB in Management with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. Bill serves on the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Advisory Board; and is a Vice Chair on the Executive Committee of the The Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Board. Bill also sits on investment committee and has previously served as Finance Group Trading Chair for NPA - Worldwide Recruiting Network. NPA Worldwide is a member owned cooperative of 400 individually owned search firms.
