Elk Rapids Community Growth Grant

The Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County received a Community Growth Grant from the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments to plan for the future of the village's sewage treatment system. Watch the video to find out more about what getting the grant meant to Elk Rapids.
