Talent Attraction and Retention Panel Discussion June 28 in Traverse City
TRAVERSE CITY, MI – A panel of local employers will discuss attracting and retaining talent at a special Hot Jobs Now event June 28 at Northwest Michigan Works! in Traverse City. The event will run from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Center at Michigan Works!, 1209 South Garfield.
The employer panel will include Kelli Stepka, HR Manager, Cherry Republic; Rachel Wasserman, Senior Enterprise Recruiter, Hagerty; Carol Mathias, HR Manager, M R Products; and Rob Hanel, People Manager, TentCraft. The panelists will discuss what they’re doing to find and keep employees. The employers will also speak about company culture and how they see it changing in our area. The panel discussion will be followed by a question and answer session.
There is no charge to attend the event which is open to employers and job seekers.
