2035 MI Transportation Plan – Public Input Process

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is revising the state’s long range transportation plan. Revising a plan that has such significant impact requires a careful and deliberate strategy. MDOT’s strategy involves multiple opportunities for citizens to comment on the plan before it is finalized. These opportunities are outlined in MDOT’s Public Involvement Plan.

To review the Public Involvement Plan, go to www.michigan.gov/slrp. The public is encouraged to comment before April 30, 2012. Submit comments to Bob Parsons, MDOT’s Public Involvement and Hearings Officer, by email (bparsons@michigan.gov) or telephone (517-313-9534).
