For your convenience, a downloadable/printable PDF loan application form and a loan criteria sheet are provided for your use. Please read over the criteria sheet, which explains the conditions that you must meet in order to apply for a loan. If you feel that you meet the criteria, please download and print out the loan application including the budget sheets. Then mail (or drop off) the application in its entirety to the address listed on the first page. Since the application includes personal information, please do not email the application to us.
When your application is received, it is reviewed by the Agape Administrator for completeness then forwarded to the Loan Committee for processing. The Loan Committee may contact you for additional information or clarification of information. After the Committee makes a determination on the loan, one of two actions will be taken: It will be forwarded to the Agape Board of Directors with Recommendation for Approval or the Committee will notify you that the loan has not been approved and the reason for the denial.
